Frequently Asked Questions
I live in or near San Antonio like you. Could we meet in person?
Yes we can! Instead of doing our initial consult call over the phone or via Zoom, I’m happy to travel to your location and meet in person. Just give me a call at 210-596-9383 and we’ll set something up.
Do I really need a website for my private practice?
While you could get away with having no website for your private practice, you would be missing out on so much. Before someone visits your clinic, they will often Google you and/or visit your website first.
You could think of your website as another member of your staff – someone working on your behalf 24/7 spreading the good word about you and what you do.
Also keep in mind that your competitors have websites for their private practices. Would you prefer patients reaching out to you or your competitors?
What if I already have a website?
That is wonderful – you understand the value of having an online presence so people can find you and your clinic.
I would like to pose these questions for you to consider:
- do you know how much traffic your website gets each month and where it’s coming from?
- or how many of your patients mention that they heard about you online?
If your web designer (or other service provider) does not monitor these reports, then it’s likely that you could be missing out on potentially finding areas of improvement to achieve better results.
Also, if your website currently has any subluxations (such as bad design, slow page loading speed, etc.), we can examine your website, assess what adjustments are needed, and get it to peak performance.
All in all, we’re about making sure your online presence is operating at peak performance so that you can enjoy a steady flow of ideal patients and revenue.
Why should I choose you over a bigger company? What makes you different?
If you’ve conducted some online research, chances are you’ve come across ChiroMatrix, ChiroPlanet, Perfect Patients, and a few others. Then you have other big brands like GoDaddy and the Yellow Pages.
First and foremost, I make Texas chiropractors my #1 focus. You can be rest assured that if any political issues arise that potentially threaten the well being of Texas chiropractors, I will stand by you and make my voice heard to Texas lawmakers if and when needbe.
I’m not just another freelancer or agency – I am also a firm advocate of the chiropractic profession. I would be very surprised if ChiroMatrix or anyone else was willing to stand up to Texas lawmakers if and when needbe.
Whereas most other freelancers or agencies work in at least 10 other industries, I focus primarily on your industry. I know what a highly effective chiropractic website needs to be successful. I’ve seen a number of other chiropractic websites designed by other agencies/freelancers, and it amazes me how these other agencies/freelancers forgot to include certain elements.
Also keep in mind that many bigger companies will try to lock you into a package and then outsource customer support. You would be lucky if the person you got a hold of understands you and your website.
Let’s suppose I’m interested in you and what you have to offer. What are the steps involved?
The first step is to book an initial consult call with me. This way I can take the time to get to know you, your goals, and see if we’re a good fit for each other.
If you do not have a website, I would then gather some information from you.
If you already have a website, I would examine your online presence and see if any adjustments are needed.
Whichever direction we go, I would then come up with a contract for us to agree to, come up with a payment arrangement, and then before beginning any work, I would need your signed contract, initial invoice, and any content/instructions from you.
What exactly takes place during an initial consult call?
You can think of the initial consult call like a “virtual meet and greet”. I take the time to ask about you and your business. Just as no two patients are the same, I understand that no two chiropractors are the same.
I’ll want to know where you’re currently at, where you would like to be, what has been working, what has not been working, and other similar questions. Just as you ask your new patients a series of questions to learn more about them and see if they’re a good candidate for your service, likewise I will determine if you’re a good candidate for my service.
What is SEO and why is it important to me and my private practice?
SEO refers to search engine optimization. Since Google is the biggest and most well known search engine, SEO is about getting Google to list you on the first page of search results. When someone does a Google search for “chiropractors near me”, you’ll certainly want Google to display you.
Also, when someone pulls up Google Maps on their phone and performs a search there for chiropractors near them, you’ll want to be displayed there.
If you want more ideal patients to find you and reach out to you, then you’ll want to get on Google’s good side. We can help you with this!
Do you only serve chiropractors within Texas?
At the current time, I make Texas chiropractors my primary focus. However, if you have a friend or relative who practices chiropractic in another state, I’ll accept out of state referrals.
